By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL
■ Prices and ToS are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the terms and pricing agreed upon at the time of purchase.
■ Listed prices are base prices and may increase depending on complexity, additional details or revisions.
■ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
■ All artwork is delivered digitally.
■ My signature will be included in the art piece; do not alter or remove it.
■ No AI or NFTs!
Can draw: OC, fanart, light mecha, furry, nsfw (e.g. non/sexual nudity, blood, gore)
Won't draw: Heavily detailed mecha, realistic animal portraits
PROCESS
■ Upon receiving your commission form, I will contact you for availability, pricing and next steps. Please allow about a week for me to reach out.
■ Work begins only after the initial 50% deposit is received.
■ During the commission process, I will provide sketches and/or progress images for approval. Additional WIPs may be requested at any time. Progress images may be watermarked.
■ After sketch approval, clients may request up to three (3) minor revisions. Major revisions or additional edits will incur extra fees.
■ Once the artwork is complete, a watermarked preview will be sent. The final high-resolution version will only be delivered after the remaining balance is paid in full.
■ Completion time varies depending on complexity, communication and queue size. Most commissions are completed within 2 to 6 weeks. If you need a piece done quickly, rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
USAGE
■ Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
■ Commercial use, resale, redistribution, mass production, or use for merchandise/package design (including album covers, T-shirt designs, etc.) must be disclosed before payment and requires my explicit written permission.
■ I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, promotional materials, or merchandise unless otherwise agreed upon.
■ You're more than welcome to post your commission and any WIPs I send you online! Please include proper credit when posting.
PAYMENT
■ Payments are accepted through PayPal or Stripe invoice only. No cryptocurrency or trades.
■ A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins.
■ Refunds are only available before any sketch or WIP has been sent. Once work has started, refunds will not be issued unless initiated by me. No exceptions.
■ Significant revisions requiring the complete redraw of a piece after sketch approval will require a new commission form and quote.
■ Minor edits may be requested within one week of completion; additional revision fees may apply if they exceed the included revision limit.
LARGE & PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS
Base prices listed reflect single illustrations for independent clients. Large organized projects (e.g., package design, corporate work, studio work, bulk illustrations) will require individual price estimates and contract terms.
