Mad Dog Tenmei: Duel
Action • Comedy
Mad Dog Tenmei is an original story concept about Tenmei, an aging wolf-spirit descendant caught between the human world and his supernatural ancestry. This animatic explores a confrontation with an ageless supernatural character through fast-paced fight choreography, dramatic camera work, and dark comedy.
Lilith's Alive
Musical • Drama
I wanted to explore the tension between the dignified hedonism of Rococo's excess and the perverse hedonism of a Mr. Hyde archetype. Stitched together and lacking physical sensation, Lilith finds pleasure through impulse and action rather than sensual indulgence or material luxury, expressed through theatrical acting, musical timing, and increasingly chaotic staging.
Crime and Punishment: Part 1 Finale
Montage • Drama
Crime and Punishment has been my favorite novel since I was sixteen. To honor it, I storyboarded the double murder that concludes Part I. This snippet is the closing montage following Raskolnikov’s walk home through the rain, using color repetition to convey the symbolic change he undergoes immediately after the crime.
Watch out!
Suspense
During February, I participated in select prompts for Feboardary, including “Watch Out!” This animatic portrays original characters in a forest inspired by the trees of my childhood camping trips. After all, the woods have always been good at keeping secrets.
