TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT 

• All transactions are through PayPal or direct bank deposit; only money is accepted (no cryptocurrency or trades).

• A 50% deposit is required upfront. Work begins only after payment.

• Upon completion, a watermarked version will be sent; the final version is released only after the remaining 50% is paid.

• Refunds on the deposit are available until a sketch or work-in-progress is sent. No refunds after that point.

• Major edits after sketch approval are not allowed; a new commission is required for significant changes. Minor edits can be requested within one week of completion.

USAGE

• Clients can use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., tattoos, avatars).

• Reselling or mass production requires explicit approval. The purchase includes the illustration service, not sales rights.

• For distribution purposes (e.g., package design, album covers), clients must discuss this before the deposit.

• I retain the right to use the artwork in my portfolio and for promotion.

• Clients can repost the artwork on social media with credit.

OTHER

• No AI or NFT commissions.

• Completion typically takes one to a few weeks depending on complexity. Early deadline requests can be made before the deposit.

• I can refuse or cancel a commission at any time; deposits will be fully refunded if I cancel after payment.

• All artworks are delivered as digital files; no hard copies are provided.

• Each artwork is a separate commission with its own pricing.

• I may choose whether to post the artwork on social media.

• My signature will be included; please do not alter it.

• Tips are appreciated but not required.
